Consent to the processing of personal data

Hereby I, a user of the "TripPQ" web service, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to the personal data operator:

to process my personal data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data". Consent to the processing of personal data must be specific, informed and conscious.

I consent to the processing of the following personal data:

• name or display name;
• email address;
• password in a protected form;
• account data;
• data about created trips;
• cities, trip dates, selected places, routes and trip parameters;
• information I provide in the text query to create a trip;
• trip ratings and feedback if I submit them;
• technical data transmitted when using the site: IP address, information about the browser, device, access time and cookies.

I consent to the processing of personal data for the following purposes:

• registration in the "TripPQ" service;
• signing in to the account and maintaining an authorized session;
• creating, storing and displaying my trips;
• adding places to a trip;
• building routes;
• creating a trip from a text query;
• providing a public link to a trip;
• saving a public trip to my account;
• operating the city guides;
• displaying partner offers for flights and travel;
• confirming a change of email address;
• ensuring the operation and security of the service;
• handling my inquiries;
• fixing technical errors and improving the service.

I consent to the following actions with personal data:

• collection;
• recording;
• systematization;
• accumulation;
• storage;
• clarification;
• use;
• transfer to the extent necessary for the operation of the service;
• depersonalization;
• blocking;
• deletion;
• destruction.

Processing of personal data may be carried out using automation tools.

I consent to the transfer of personal data to the technical services and partner platforms listed in the Privacy Policy, to the extent necessary for the service to operate, including possible cross-border transfer of data.

• mapping and geocoding services (OpenStreetMap, Nominatim, Overpass, MapTiler when a key is configured);
• route-building services (OSRM);
• weather data services (Open-Meteo);
• language-model provider for route generation and place descriptions (OpenRouter);
• Have I Been Pwned password safety check (only part of the password hash is sent, not the password itself);
• partner travel and booking services (via outbound links; the operator does not receive purchase data from third-party sites).

Some of the technical services listed in the section on transfers to third parties may process data on servers outside the Russian Federation. By using the service, the user agrees to such transfer to the extent necessary for the corresponding functions to work.

This consent is valid from the moment it is given and until the account is deleted, the purposes of processing are achieved or the consent is withdrawn by the user.

I understand that I can withdraw this consent at any time by sending an inquiry to the operator at the email: info@trippq.com.

After receiving the withdrawal, the operator stops processing my personal data, except in cases where continued processing is allowed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

By checking the box in the registration form, I confirm that:

• I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy located at https://trippq.com/privacy;
• I understand the purposes, scope and methods of processing personal data;
• I consent to the processing of personal data voluntarily;
• I understand that without giving consent, registration and use of the service's personal account are not possible.
